Check in was easy . Room was spotless . Cassandra at the hotel bar is great. I actually book my stays when I know she’s working Could use coffee in the room though . Machines tight but fun night . Food from dukes was delicious . Breakfast at flypts breakfast is always delicious

The reception was tepid. Staff who checked us in was not very friendly. Never smiled. Poor eye contact. She seemed put out. Sheets covered in pills and had small tears. We requested fresh line. Dust on headboards and small refrigerator. I expected more.

The view from my room is great, I was there for 3 nights, but no coffee maker or hot tea in the room, I was on the 5th floor, no ice machine , no water bottles, no drinking water, I hate to drink from the toilet. When we check in they were giving us one cookie. Were so good and I ate the whole cookie, so went back and asked one for my husband, but they said only one cookie when checking in. I been other hotel, DoubleTree, they give out cookie while we were staying. I wasn’t asking for free cookie, they can charge me, but I guess they want to keep all the cookies for themselves

Overall, the facility was a nice business event venue. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very welcoming and friendly. It was convenient to find a Starbucks in the entry area before the ******. However, the ****** security needs to review their procedures - profiling, as I was stopped and ID'd while another person I was with was just waved through. The room was very nice, though the water pressure extended time it took for the water to warm up could be improved. The entry was pleasant, but clearer signage for parking directions would be helpful.

My room has a very nice River view, But my floor didn’t have an ice machine And no coffee market or hot water pot in the room. Bathroom has motion censor lights and will shut down lights when I am using bathroom. No food service in hotel side and need to go ****** side to eat . Such a beautiful venue but It’s Little disappointed

Great service, fantastic suite. Had good tome at the ******. Dukes food was excellent. Our host did excellent job making all arrangement. Had dinner with the General manager great person also at dinner was the ****** host manager, fantastic job arranging this special activity going to Belmont Stakes at Saratoga.

Let’s just say it’s giving baddies of Hampton Va auditions. To start room was nice and big with a nice view. Now when we first arrived to the room the remote wasn’t working I tried to call front desk but there wasn’t a phone in the room. When searching for a phone I found trash in the drawers and cabinet. Ant came upstairs apologized fixed the tv and have us free breakfast. He was really nice and I appreciated that. The next issue was on the next night the fire alarm went off and we had to excavate the hotel via stairs. Not fun when you just had a procedure done on your knee. This is where the baddies audition scene comes in. While waiting for the all clear a fight from the pool party broke out. Security, police, drunk women, screaming, and apparently a security guard knocked a girl out that had to be taken out on a stretcher. Very eventful stay at this expensive hotel pretty disappointing honestly. I used to rave about this place now I have to seek out another hotel close to my parent’s house.

Love the hotel, check-in staff was amazing. Room was beautiful and clean. The late-night lobby bar was so much fun exactly what I wanted. Can't wait to come back! You guys have the best rooms around. Thanks to all the staff for make my one might stay amazing.

You have to enter through a parking garage - there is no main door into a lobby as in a normal hotel. There is a sliding door that covers up to the entrance to the bathroom whenever you want to access the closet, so that if one of you is hanging things in the closet the other can not get into the bathroom. There is no coffee maker in the room - you are forced to buy a $7 coffee at Starbucks in the lobby. There is no complimentary breakfast buffet, as in other hotels. The carpet was worn and needed a deep cleaning. The only positive is that the staff are friendly, particularly the evening front desk were kind and helpful.
